进口节能无密封液下排污泵针对含颗粒污水、污油及纤维混合液等介质研制开发的新型产品，能广泛适用于市政、建筑、石油化工、污水处理、工矿排污、矿山排水、雨水等工程项目。全系列产品共12种基本规格，可通过降速及叶轮切割扩大性能范围，流量从10~270m3/h，扬程从6~54m。
使用条件
1． 介质温度≤80oC，无须外接冲洗润滑水；
2． 铸铁材质的使用介质PH值在5－9范围内；
3． 各种腐蚀性介质采用不锈钢，含磨粒介质采用双相钢；
结构特点
1. 叶轮采用了半开式螺旋设计，具有如下特点：
1.1 采用三维造型优化设计，效率高于普通污水叶轮，降低运行成本；
1.2 半开式，流道宽，抽排时，含有大颗粒固状物的介质能够在流道内畅通无阻；
1.3 叶片进口边伸出泵体流道以外，起到搅拌器作用；
2. 副叶片结构及独特的螺纹密封结构能有效的减少泵的泄露及容积损失，提高了泵的效率，降低了泵运行时产生的轴向力，减轻了轴承的负载，解决了常规潜污泵及液下式污水泵的密封易损坏的问题；
3.通过分析软件计算主轴的临界转速，使基础以下部分无须设置轴承，有效解决了滑动轴承磨损和滚动轴承密封失效而损坏的问题，提高了机组的使用寿命和可靠性，大大降低运行维护成本；
4. 泵体采用受力分析软件对基础以上的筒体及支架进行有限元分析，刚性好，振动小，可靠性高；
5. 轴承部件设置于泵基础以上，承受轴向力和径向力，正常运行期间可很方便的对轴承进行加脂维护；
6. 整机结构简单，电机位于基础之上，可靠性高，易维护检修；
