为保证取得效果，请使用方提供如下资料:
1.运用目的、池型、池尺寸、介质特性，包括粘度、密度、固体物含量等。
2.搅拌机所需要的配套功率是按容积大小，搅拌液体的密度、粘度和搅拌深度而确定的，根据具体情况应采用一台或多
台搅拌机。
3.注明导轨长度、电缆线长度(常规10米)、材质要求(常规碳钢)、防腐要求(常规油漆防腐)、电控要求。
4.未注明特殊要求，均按本公司常规产品生产。
5.用户土建时，请根据本公司产品安装示意图进行预埋，预埋件应符合相关标准规定，不在供货范围内。

★搅拌机必须完全潜入水中工作，不能在易燃易爆的环境下或有强腐蚀性液体的环境中工作(最小潜入深度900mm )
使用条件:
1.最大介质温度40C;
2.PH值5~9;
3.比重原则上不超过1.1;
4.每小时启动次数不多于6次，且间隔时间均匀;
5.最大潜水深度10m。

又产生一次革命性的飞跃，产品的可靠性、综合技术指标居国内领先地位，达到目前国际同类产品的先进水平。推流式潜水搅拌机是一种新型、高效潜水搅拌装置，该设备主要由潜水电机、密封机构、叶轮、导流罩、手摇卷扬机构、电气控制等部分构成。搅拌叶轮在电机驱动下旋转搅拌液体产生旋向射流，利用沿着射流表面的剪切应力来进行混合，使流场以外的液体通过磨擦产生搅拌作用，在极度混合的同时，形成体积流，应用大体积流动模式得到受控流体的输送。
推流式低速潜水搅拌机，由潜水电机减速机、螺旋推进叶轮、密封机构、手摇卷扬机构、电气控制等部分组成。
螺旋叶轮在电机和减速机驱动下低速旋转，产生大体积流场，应用大体积流动模式来得到快速的受控流体输送，同时环形流
动模式确保了全部容池内的液体都能反复通过极度混合区。
性能特点
1.搅拌结构紧凑、操作维护简便、安装检修方便、使用寿命长;
2.叶轮采用近年最优秀的水力设计结构，效率高，比同类产品高15~ 20%，无缠绕堵塞现象;
3.电缆出线采用了特别结构，排除了因人为拉扯、电缆外套破碎、电缆老化等偶然因素导致的漏水、漏电、短路、定子
线圈烧毁，有效地降低了整机上部进水出现故障的概率。
4.考虑到潜水搅拌机在启动和运行时可能发生的状况，内置了多项预警传感器，包括有接线室、电机腔和油室腔内渗
漏、上下轴承和电机线圈温升。在外置控制柜中有缺相、短路、过流及水位控制等保护。
5潜水搅拌机使用了三只轴承，上端用带密封盖的自润滑轴承，下端用一只向心推力轴承，一只滚珠轴承，结构上保证
了全部轴承在有效润滑条件下运行，提高了轴承和机械密封的寿命，降低了泵的振动和噪音。
6.产品应用了双密封式专利结构。
7.安装方便迅捷，适用于各种类型的水池。
