For occasions requiring vertical installation, the motor must be upward. 2. When the suction liquid level is higher than the pump axis line, open the suction pipe valve before starting. If the suction liquid level is lower than the pump axis line, the pipe shall be equipped with a bottom valve. 3. Check before use. The fan blades of the motor shall rotate flexibly without jamming and abnormal sound. All fasteners shall be fastened. 4. Check whether the rotation direction of the motor is consistent with the rotation mark of the magnetic pump. 5. After the motor is started, slowly open the discharge valve. After the pump enters the normal working state, adjust the discharge valve to the required opening. 6. Before stopping the work, close the discharge valve first, and then cut off the power supply. Notes on precautions in the use of corrosion-resistant fluoroplastic pump: 1. Since the cooling and lubrication of the bearing depend on the medium being transported, it is prohibited to run at idle speed, and avoid the no-load operation caused by restarting after power failure in the middle of the work. 2. If the conveyed medium contains solid particles, a filter screen shall be added at the pump inlet; if it contains iron particles, a magnetic filter shall be added. 3. The ambient temperature of the pump in use shall be less than 40 ℃, and the temperature rise of the motor shall not exceed 75 ℃. 4. The conveyed medium and its temperature shall be within the allowable range of the pump material. The operating temperature is <100 ℃, the working pressure of the large system is 1.0MPa, the density is not greater than 1300kg/m3, the viscosity is not greater than 30cm2/s, and the working conditions shall be in strict accordance with the provisions of the contract agreement. 5. For the medium that is easy to precipitate and crystallize, it shall be cleaned in time after use to drain the accumulated liquid in the pump. 6. After 1000 hours of normal operation, the bearing and end face moving ring shall be disassembled and inspected for wear, and the vulnerable parts that are not suitable for reuse shall be replaced. 7. The magnetic couplings inside and outside the pump are made of high-performance permanent magnet materials, which may cause potential harm to the following devices. Please keep the following devices away from this series of pumps, such as cardiac pacemaker, magnetic card, mobile phone, calculator, watch, etc. 8. The voltage shall be stable and not easy to be too high. Pumps with motor power above 18.5kw shall be installed with frequency converter or auto coupling decompression.
