6、潜水搅拌机的安装高度
（1）叶轮直径1米以下池底至搅拌机中心X=叶轮半径+0.7米。

1、搅拌器壳体
搅拌器壳体采用高强度、细颗粒的优质碳钢或者防酸防腐效果好的304不锈钢制造，表面应平滑且无气泡。
2、叶轮
叶轮要确保被安装在轴的一端，叶轮和轴之间有内部锁定装置和带密封的防护螺帽，以防止正转或反转时叶轮松弛。
3、主轴
叶轮和电机轴在同一根轴，并具有足够的刚度，以承受正常工作、起动、停机时可能出现的大扭矩。主轴在轴承和机械密封处的挠度不超过0.05毫米。
4、轴承
搅拌器的轴承为向心推力球轴承。
叶轮和电机的轴承为耐磨、油脂润滑轴承，能承受轴向和径向负载并与介质完全隔离，设计使用寿命不少于100,000小时。
5、主轴密封
每台搅拌器都应配备机械密封系统，机械密封的设计使用寿命不少于30,000小时。机械密封必须在油室中工作，以确保机械密封的有效润滑。
6、电机
电机为潜水电机，3相，380V，50Hz，交流电源，防护等级IP68，电机为鼠笼式感应电机，电机定子绝缘等级F。
7、监测系统
所有定子都安装三个串联连接的常闭热敏传感器，以监测每组定子线圈的温度，当温度高时，传感器就断开，同时电机停止转动并发出报警信号。
